It was a tasty treat as our bake sale for Cafod Fast Day recently raised more than £500.

Our annual fundraiser for Cafod, the Catholic International Development Charity which helps people in poverty around the world, involved baking as well as a form challenge, with each form challenged to raise more than £7 each.
£7 is what is needed to give school meals to a child for one month.

For example, 10 Assisi ran a school-wide fundraiser where it was 50p per play and participants had to guess the co-ordinates on a treasure map. The winner of the 'treasure' ( a £10 Amazon gift card) was Aiden A in Year 7.
