Ten pences have turned into plenty of pounds at Blessed Trinity. Charity HeadSmart came into the school to talk about brain tumours and how early diagnosis is important.

The students collected ten pence pieces for the charity and received a HeadSmart card, which lists the signs and symptoms of brain tumours in babies, children and teenagers.

"We were trying to raise awareness of brain tumours as it's important that people are aware of the symptoms," said student Holly.
