Forty Year 10 and 11 Blessed Trinity students attended Flame at Wembley Arena - the biggest Catholic youth event in the country.

Five staff also made the trip to London for the conference, which is run by CYMFed, the Catholic Youth Ministry Federation.

Ten thousand Catholic youngsters from across the country came together to celebrate their faith and it was led in praise and worship by Matt Redman, a Grammy award-winning artist for his album “10,000 Reasons."

There were also short talks from inspirational Catholic leaders such as Cardinal Vincent Nichols with the focus on the refugee crisis this year and what can be done to help.
