Blessed Trinity maths students are counting their certificates after gaining awards from the United Kingdom Maths Trust (UKMT).

The students sat the UKMT Intermediate Challenge in school, for Years 11 and under, and celebrated with gold, silver and bronze certificates, meaning they are in the top 40 per cent of students nationally.

Four Blessed Trinity students also took part in the UKMT Team Challenge in Manchester. Connor Baker, Holly Kehoe, Lance Domingo and Jack Thompson admitted it was challenging but were one of the 25 teams to test their mathematical skills.
