KNOW YOUR MIND
This is a way for you to make a suggestion about a topic that you would like to learn about, perhaps within Personal Development (PSHE/Careers/SkillsBuilder) lessons during form times and drop down sessions. Issues might also be addressed by your Year Leader during an assembly.
You can also use this form to ask for any help you need from someone at school. However, you should not use this form if your request is urgent, you are in crisis or you or someone you know is in danger.
If you need help urgently, please speak to a responsible adult or seek help using the information below.
HOW IT WORKS
This form will go to the inbox of a responsible adult in school. We will always follow up by speaking with you first. We will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours. We will do this privately and will never address the contents of this form in front of other pupils.
