Geography

Geography is a popular and relevant subject which studies the physical environment in
which we live and the varied human interactions with this environment. The subject
focuses on contemporary issues within both the natural and human world, and how
these issues can relate to one another.
The course delivers a sound understanding to the pupils of geographical themes,
issues and skills. Case studies and examples are studied throughout the course at a
variety of scales and in differing environments in order to make the themes studied
more meaningful and relevant, as well as building pupil’s knowledge of the wider
world.

Examples of what you will study:

  • Physical landscapes in the UK
